Two half-day, highly-interactive workshops providing the means
to achieve team and individual success

The workshops will use experiential learning techniques to allow participants to identify, learn, and apply basic negotiation strategies and skills in both one-on-one situations as well as in teams. Participants will discover how to:
Analyze their own interests (what they want to achieve) as well as those of others
Develop a position (what you tell the other party you want – not always the same as your actual interest!)
Exchange information (and when to do so!)
Make assessments and reach conclusions under time pressure
Leverage their personality to be a better negotiator
Avoid common pitfalls of negotiations

AM Session – the morning workshop focuses on the external supply chain: your interactions and relationships with suppliers, customers, third party providers, joint ventures, etc. This will improve your ability to negotiate sales orders, purchase agreements, legal contracts and mutual agreements.

PM Session – the afternoon workshop focuses on the internal supply chain: your relationships with coworkers, management and other departments. Attendees will apply this to reaching consensus on the sales & operations plan, master scheduling changes, project or software implementation, company change projects, etc.

Registration Fee: $175 for AM or PM Session;

$275 per person for full day

APICS Rate: $150 for AM or PM Session;

$225 per person for full day
