RIGHT SIZE YOUR LEAN PROGRAM
Most companies planning the journey to Lean Manufacturing see this
process as a daunting task. It's not that the idea and process of
implementing Lean is overly complicated. In its simplest form Lean is
the elimination of waste from your production process and then from your

and defined in an actual case study.
